Things to Know
Plan Your Visit
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for more play time.
- Each parent is responsible to keep a watch on their kids.
- Dress your children for comfort and play.
- Sign your waiver.
- Reserve your session for play time for best optimal experience.
- Prepare to wear socks children are required to wear grip socks.
- Check out our daily event calendar to be apart of the festivities.
- Our facility is designed for crawlers 5 months to10 years old.
- Attractions are divided by age group Crawlers, toddlers, older kids.
- There is a Calming Room Monday through Thursday for your little ones that needs some time to decompress.
- A nursing/ changing room .
- No outside food or drinks allowed except for personal water bottle.
- Report to an attendant any areas in the facility that needs to be cleaned
- We understand the need of being a parent and needing additional supplies so we will have on hand by request a limited amount of baby supplies, equipment and Toys.
House Rules
No smoking or alcohol drinking.
If feeling ill or showing symptoms please reschedule (Over the top play cafe reserver the rights to refuse entry).
We also ask all guests to treat our staff with respect and kindness.
All guests are responsible for their personal items; we are not liable for lost/damaged belongings.
No running, aggressive behavior, or foul language.
No rough play, anyone observed exhibiting bullying, harassment or unlawful conduct will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
Play areas are food and drink-free zones.
Adhere to equipment use guidelines to prevent injury; we aren’t liable for misuse injuries.
